Please use the 'save/download link/target (as)' option of your browser for the left link (RTF) above to download the combined registration-accommodation form file to your computer. Fill it out and send it back by e-mail as an attached file to mobl2006@imbb.forth.gr. Receipt of registration-accommodation forms will be confirmed by e-mail.

If your software is incompatible with standard Rich Text Format, you may alternatively download the registration-accommodation form pdf version (right link above), fill it out clearly and fax it back to the number you will find on it.

The submission of an abstract is mandatory for registration of ex students of the Course.

The Meeting Registration Fees include:

• Meeting Material
• Abstract book
• Internet access during meeting hours inside the meeting venue
• 6 Coffee breaks
• Cocktail party during poster session
• Visit to FoRTH
• Transfer from/to the airport

Fees are fixed regardless of participant attendance duration, or use of services.

Gala Dinner
Cretan night in Arolithos village, including transfer to/from Arolithos village, 3-course meal with drinks, 3-hour show of Cretan music and dancing, for a total cost of 45 Euros per person.
If you wish to participate in the Gala Dinner planned for 25 September 2006, please put the number of bookings the in the relevant field of the registration form, including any extra non-participant accompanying persons.


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations e-mailed by 10 August 2006 will be refunded, less 50 Euros (€) deducted for administrative expenses. One-half of the registration fees will be refunded for cancellations e-mailed between between 11 August and 15 September 2006. No refunds will be made after 15 September 2006.
