New proteomics facility at IMBB

The Proteomics Facility at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (ProFI) was recently established and is fully
operational. ProFI is funded through an EU competitive grant (Capacities; FP7) coordinated by Prof. Tassos Economou. ProFI tools include bottom-up shotgun analysis, interaction proteomics, identification of post-translational modifications and
quantification. Available equipment includes a state of the art mass spectrometer (LTQ-Orbitrap XL with ETD).
