Processing of your personal data is carried out exclusively by IMBB-FORTH for the needs and purposes of the IMBB-FORTH Alumni and they will be kept in a password-protected database.

Your personal data will be visible to other members of the Alumni and authorized IMBB-FORTH staff. Please note that your photo (if provided), present affiliation and webpage will be PUBLICLY available on the IMBB-FORTH Alumni website only after your explicit consent. Your e-mail will NOT be public.

No further transfer or disclosure of your data shall take place. Within this framework, we may retain the aforementioned data no longer than it is necessary for the IMBB-FORTH Alumni purposes, unless further retention is required or provided by the law.

FORTH is compliant with all legal procedures for the processing of personal data as defined by the Regulation EU/2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the applicable national laws.

We would like to inform you that you have the right to access, the right of information, correction, update or even erasure of your personal data in accordance with the aforementioned EU Regulation and applicable national laws. We acknowledge also to you, that you have the right to file a complaint to your national Data Protection Authority.
