It’ s a powerful and reliable analyzer for identification and enumeration of cell subsets in suspension, offering 6-to-10 color multicolor analysis, high sensitivity, and automated workflows to streamline processes. Cytometer functions are controlled by BD FACSDiva™ software.
The BD FACSCanto™ II System utilizes three lasers:
- Violet 405nm, 2) Blue - 488nm and 3) Red Diode - 633nm.
It also offers automated sample loading via the optional BD FACS™ loader (40-tube carousel).
